是熱感冒嗎？（一週生活記錄）

前些日子的大病一場
以為自己應該好了
沒想到，又連去一個禮拜的「鼻塞」
很難清出來的深層濃鼻涕
好難過，阻塞再裡面，讓我頭好痛

不覺得以前會這麼容易生病的
但這陣子，真的覺得自己變好弱喔
年紀，是因素之一
但我覺得更大因素是
壓力
及
短期內2次的手術
讓我變虛弱了

開始持續的運動或是針灸的生活
一方面訓練自己的體力及體態
另一方面也是努力的減肥

這週的體重，終於創新低了！
維持，一天一餐的生活
也不是刻意一天一餐
大概是天氣熱
加上
鼻塞的不舒服
一整個沒有胃口
既然沒胃口，索性就不吃吧

睡眠
這週的睡眠品質不佳
失眠（跟熬夜不同）
既使10點就寢，早上起來，依舊覺得沒睡飽
一整天昏昏沉沉的


回家後，很想開電腦，把沒做完的工作處理一下
體力卻不允許，難以敵檔睡意及床鋪

Happy 2 years old

Happy 2 years old my dear little boy
進入2歲這一陣子前後的生活
語言的運用，越來越靈活，越來越進步
而且這孩子，嘴巴很甜
昨天帶他去陽台澆花，我完全沒有注意到鄰居剛好也在陽台
因為聽到他叫「阿姨」
我才發現～真是失禮阿！

幫他準備了一雙「雨鞋」
完全是為了讓他跟我去陽台澆花時，玩水用的！

這幾天，跟著我上上下下的跑
很喜歡歡跟著我做家事
真的是「幫忙」我
收衣服（把衣服放到袋子中）
晾衣服（把衣服拿給我）

現在洗頭，以前都是站著讓我沖頭髮
現在反倒是讓我抱著躺著沖頭髮
這時，他說他是baby！
我也很愛再這個時候跟他一起充滿愛意的對話
問他：妳是誰的baby阿？
他回：媽媽的（樂的勒）


這週，反倒是起床的時間變得很早

不敢相信，我居然停了一個月
稍微又離提一下
學校的健身房，環境好，又便宜！
告訴自己，一定要空出時間，去跑一跑
時間是子幾找出來的

今天沒有完成一個program
只跑了短短的20分鐘
但是沒想到，心情變好了
因為我連聽的音樂都換掉了
證明了好心情

又讓我證明
我自己要的是什麼樣的生活
沒有必要跟別人過一樣的生活
或讓別人把我拖入他想讓我過的那種生活
it's my life, it's my decision

沈悶還是陰沈呢，會讓人沈淪於一個臣服的狀態
讓人拖著鼻子走
